Our Denton restaurant sits on Avenue A, a short walk from the University of North Texas. We built the kitchen around how students actually eat: large portions, food cooked to order, and a counter that stays open long after the rest of Denton has closed. Lamb and beef gyro comes off the vertical spit, chicken is grilled to order, and every platter arrives with our house white sauce and hot sauce.
Everything we serve is halal. That matters to the Muslim students and families who make up much of our Denton trade, and it matters to anyone who wants to know where their food came from. Come in after a late class, after a game, or on a Sunday afternoon when you want a full plate rather than a snack.
