Our Greenville Avenue restaurant is the busiest of the four and the one most people in Dallas know. We sit on Lower Greenville near the Granada Theater, and we keep the grill on until 4:00 AM, later than any other Wava kitchen.
The menu is New York halal street food: lamb and beef gyro carved from the spit, chicken grilled to order, falafel fried fresh, all of it over seasoned rice or folded into warm pita with white sauce and hot sauce. Everything is halal, and the kitchen runs the same way at midnight as it does at noon.
